Description
The MCC-27 cuts brake and gear housing to length automatically, held to ±0.2 mm with ±0.1 mm repeatability. Housing cut short or long turns into a fitting problem further down the line; here the length that runs is the one approved for that model.
Switching between housing sizes needs no tooling change – just a recipe selected on the HMI. The machine is prepared to connect and control a vacuum system, so cutting debris is extracted at the machine instead of ending up inside the housing or on the bench.
At 650 × 360 mm it needs less floor space than a workbench and fits into an existing line without rearranging it. OPC UA is standard.
